Klapay 民族小學是一所扎根部落、面向未來的民族小學。我們相信，教育不只是知識的傳遞，更是文化的延續、品格的陶養與能力的培育。學校推動雙語教育，不是為了讓孩子只學會一種語言，而是希望他們在理解自身文化的基礎上，勇敢與世界對話，帶著自信走向更寬廣的未來。
在 Klapay，我們始終以文化為根、以語言為橋。雙語教育的推動，不只在英語課堂中進行，更融入孩子每天的學習生活，從問候、課室用語、校園場域，到文化課程與真實情境，讓語言學習成為可感、可用、可實踐的能力。我們期待孩子在自然使用語言的過程中，逐步建立表達、理解、溝通與合作的素養。
作為民族小學，我們也重視專業與品質。這本《課室英語手冊》結合教師團隊共同研發與實際教學經驗，兼顧課室應用、學生年齡需求與本校文化特色，讓老師更容易教、學生更願意學，也讓雙語教育更貼近校園日常。
期盼每一位 Klapay 的孩子，都能在熟悉的文化土壤中穩穩扎根，在多元語言的學習中自信成長，知道自己從哪裡來，也有力量走向更遠的地方。願我們一起陪伴孩子，從山林出發，走向世界。

Klapay Elementary School is a tribal school rooted in community and oriented toward the future. We believe that education is not only the transmission of knowledge, but also the continuation of culture and the cultivation of character, confidence, and capability.
At Klapay, we promote bilingual education not simply so that children can learn one more language. Rather, we hope they can stand firmly in the understanding of their own culture, speak with the world in confidence, and step toward a broader future with courage. Here, we remain committed to the belief that culture is our root and language is our bridge.
Our bilingual approach extends beyond the English classroom. It is woven into children's daily learning experiences—from greetings and classroom expressions to campus spaces, cultural lessons, and authentic learning situations.
We hope every Klapay child will grow with confidence in the rich soil of culture, know where they come from, and have the strength to journey farther. May we walk alongside our children as they begin in the mountains and move toward the world.
